We will have some delicious foods on offer, excellent market stalls, fantastic rides, a petting zoo, and some amazing live music performances and so much more!

This is our largest fundraiser for the year and we look forward to seeing you all there!

Create a portrait of someone you personally know and admire — a family member, friend, teacher, or mentor, that are connected to the HCLM community.

Inspired by the prestigious Archibald Prize, this competition celebrates personal connection and storytelling through art.

Artworks are to be submitted by 
1st September 2025

DETAILS OF ENTRY:

 

  • Your subject must be someone you know in real life.

  • Spend time face-to-face with your subject to observe and sketch them (you can use photos for reference, but not as the sole source).

  • Create your portrait in any 2D manual medium (no AI, no digital drawings ie - procreate) eg. painting, drawing, or mixed media

  • Size can be any size between A5 and A2.
