1. The Tuition Fee does not include costs for: uniforms, transport to school,  text books for Senior students, or personal equipment, instruments or devices.

2. The Tuition Fee does not include TVET courses for students in Years 10 - 12 (these courses are charged separately).

3. The Activity Levy covers the cost of Excursions / Incursions, School Activities and carnivals, Learn to Swim (Primary) and Camps (for students in Years 5 to 10). Optional activities and clubs will be charged separately. The Senior Camp is charged separately.

4. A minimum of 60 days' notice is required before withdrawing a child from HCLM. Failure to provide 60 days' written notice will result in a fee equivalent to one full term's tuition being charged in lieu of notice.

5. The School has partnered with Edstart to provide more flexibility and choice with fee payments.  All fees are to be paid via Edstart; following the issue of the annual fee invoice you will be contacted by Edstart to arrange payment.

 

Sibling Discount Rates

Second child: 25% reduction on the second child’s fees.

Third child: 40% reduction on the third child’s fees.

Fourth child: 65% reduction on the fourth child’s fees.

Any additional children: No Tuition Fee charged.
Discounts apply to the Tuition Fees of concurrently enrolled siblings.

 

New Applicants

Application Fee (non-refundable): $100 per student

Enrolment Security Deposit (non-refundable): $250 per student

 

Voluntary Building Fund Donations

We welcome and appreciate tax-deductible donations to our Building Fund. These contributions are vital for maintaining existing facilities and funding new construction projects. To make a donation, please contact finance@heritage.edu.au.
