Tuition Fees
1. All fees are paid via Edstart. If you have opted to pay your fees annually or termly you will be contacted by Edstart prior to the due date to pay. If you have opted to pay fees in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments, Edstart will make regular payments to the school on your behalf in line with our agreed upon schedule.

2. The Tuition Fee does not include the cost of uniforms, Senior text books, sporting equipment, excursions or camps, and extra activities or costs as determined by the school.

3. TVET courses for students in Years 10 - 12 are not included in the Tuition Fee.

4. Notice of one full school term must be given prior to withdrawing your child from HCLM; one full term’s fees must be paid in lieu of notice.
Reduction of Tuition Fees
Sibling Discounts shall apply as follows:​
For the second child: 25% reduction on the second child’s fees
For the third child: 40% reduction on the third child’s fees
For the fourth child: 65% reduction on the fourth child’s fees
Any additional children are free.
